Composite process hybridisation

3D printing, composite lamination, CNC carbon machining — we combine technologies to produce the highest-performing composite part at the best cost.

Each process has its strengths: 3D printing for fast, economical masters; lamination for mechanical strength and surface quality; CNC machining for ultimate dimensional precision. Optimised manufacturing cost

From economical 3D-printed moulds to high-precision aluminium tooling, we size composite tooling to the exact requirement. Zero over-engineering, zero unnecessary cost.

A CNC aluminium mould for a ten-part run is wasted money. A 3D master for a hundred parts is a lifetime risk. We analyse quantity, cadence, tolerances and thermal constraints to propose the most cost-effective tooling over the real project lifespan — not the most impressive one on a data sheet.

Tooling supply or full production

Supply of custom composite moulds for autonomous clients, or full composite part manufacturing with complete quality control and traceability.

Some clients have their own composite workshop and need precise, ready-to-use tooling. Others outsource manufacturing entirely, from blank to inspected finished part. Both models coexist here without friction — same quality standards, same lead times, same technical contact from start to finish.

Responsible composite manufacturing

Bio-based composite materials, low-footprint resins, waste optimisation. A more conscious approach to the environmental impact of composite manufacturing.

Conventional composites have a difficult environmental profile: non-recyclable fibres, petrochemical epoxy resins, cutting waste. We work to reduce this impact at every stage: selecting bio-based resins when properties allow, optimising nesting plans to minimise offcuts, and tracking waste to ensure proper treatment.
